 Candace was born and raised in Grays Harbor where she is now raising a family of her own. They truly enjoy the small-town community atmosphere in Montesano. (Go Bulldogs!)

She has been selling real estate since 2005 and can truly say she LOVES her career. Helping someone with the biggest investment of their life has always been and continues to be challenging and exciting. She has made many friends and connections along the way. Candace is an excellent negotiator and has years of experience working with a range of clients from first-time homebuyers to property investors.

Opening Oak & Stone Realty Group has been a dream of Candace’s for a long time. She believes her sphere of influence with both buyers and sellers, plus her knowledge of the area adds to what she can offer with your real estate needs.

Chelsea Royer is new to the Real Estate world, but not new to making things happen. As a former photographer, bakery and boutique owner, Chelsea is excited to shift her focus and enthusiasm to Real Estate. When she isn’t busy working, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, good food, and spending time with her husband and daughter. 

Having recently sold her own home, Chelsea is familiar with the range of emotions and struggles with listing a home. She believes that selling a house is often a sacred process and that home owners and buyers alike deserve a caring, personalized experience that honors the memories, hopes and dreams that go hand and hand with home ownership.

Amy Carlson is a transplant from Arizona and our Operations Manager! Her love of interior design, attention to detail, and affinity for marketing and graphic design have made her an essential person at Oak & Stone. Amy unapologetically builds the life she wants while tending to those around her with honesty and kindness. Her desire for flexibility, to advocate for clients, and pursuing a sense of purpose in her career are all reasons Amy decided to work for Oak & Stone. 

When not working in the office, she is busy running her own business {Sand & Pine Creative}, spending time with her husband and son, and adventuring in the forests and coastland she loves to now call home.

Don't let her fool you! This happy little bundle of floof means business. Whether that means napping on or in random items for quality testing, taking over an agent's lap to make sure due diligence is happening, or greeting guests and clients when they walk through the door, Indy Anna is there to get the job done! She rounds out the team and brings a touch of cuteness and laughter to our work days every time she comes to the office!
