Dr. Cal Erwin-Svoboda brings a dynamic mix of experience in real estate, education, and strategic communications to Oak & Stone Realty Group. With a doctorate in leadership and over 17 years in higher education, Cal is known for his calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and ability to make complex decisions feel simple.

A longtime Grays Harbor resident, Cal is deeply connected to the people and places that make this region special. He takes pride in helping clients find the right fit—whether they’re planting roots, making a change, or investing in something new. His background in consulting and communications adds a unique layer of insight to every interaction, and he’s passionate about keeping clients informed, empowered, and at ease from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Cal enjoys spending time with his family, exploring local events, and embracing all the PNW has to offer, whether it’s coffee in Cosmopolis, exploring  the Harbor, or skiing together as a family at White Pass.
