 Charlotte has been a real estate agent for almost 8 years, and in March 2025, she joined Liz Anderson Properties as the Director of Operations. She’s passionate about building relationships, keeping communication clear, and making the behind-the-scenes of a thriving real estate business run like clockwork.

Innovation is one of her core values, and she’s always looking for fresh ways to better serve buyers and sellers. From crafting thoughtful marketing campaigns to keeping timelines on track, Charlotte uses the same digital strategies and tools that big companies rely on—because every client deserves a professional, elevated, and personalized experience. She works side-by-side with Liz to make sure clients feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Charlotte is a wife, mom, and a dedicated reader of everything from business books to true crime. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, visiting local wineries and farmers markets, and building LEGO creations with her son.
